TABBULEH (Salad of wheat with parsley)
Ingedients:- 50 grams of wheat burghul
- Chop onion
- 1 lettuce
- 8 soup spoonfuls of parsley
- Juice of 2 or 3 lemons
- 4 soup spoonfuls of olive oil
- Salt
Preparation:- Put a leaf of lettuce and cover it with the mix of the wheat, the olive oil and the lemon juice.
- Then mix the parsley with the sauce and put it into the leaf.
- Finally add the chop onion and the diced tomatoes on top of the leaf and put some salt.
Now you can enjoy your salad!
